Title: SR 519/I-90 to SR 99 Intermodal Access Phase II Design-Build
Clients: Washington State Department of Transportation and AECOM
Location: Seattle, Washington
Services: Geotechnical Engineering Design

This major highway design project included the first use of Geofoam in Seattle. The styrofoam-like material was used instead of heavier fill dirt in an area that is seismically sensitive and has old utilities underneath.
