Steve Hughes
Hydrogeologist

Steve Hughes, LHG, has over 33 years of experience in consulting.  His expertise includes water supply development; investigation of the extent, fate, and transport of contaminants; and abandoned mine site assessment and remediation.  He has planned and managed small- and large-scale projects requiring the coordination of multidiscipline technical teams and multiple subcontractors.  His projects have included investigation and cleanup of contaminated soil and groundwater sites, development of private and municipal water supplies, preparation of wellhead protection plans, and preparation of Environmental Impact Statements. Project components have included stream channel and riparian zone degradation, salmon migration, hydrogeologic modeling, community outreach, and development of client partnering programs.

Mark Dagel
Senior Hydrogeologist

Mark Dagel, LHG, has 25 years of experience with water resource studies, contaminated site investigation, and support for environmental impact statements. His water resource projects have involved water rights, water law, and the water right permitting process. Mark has managed environmental investigations and cleanup of industrial sites, landfills, plating shops, dry cleaners, mining and smelter sites, petroleum retail and terminal operations, and waterfront sites. His EIS work has included evaluating impacts to groundwater, surface water, and geological resources, as well evaluating the impacts of geohazards.

Roy Jensen
Senior Hydrogeologist

Roy Jensen, LHG, has 21 years of experience.  He has particular expertise in groundwater monitoring, tidal influence studies, groundwater and contaminant transport modeling, and borehole geophysics. He also provides hydrogeologic support for a variety of geotechnical projects including construction dewatering, evaluation of groundwater seepage for slope stability problems, and surface water infiltration evaluation. He has managed and directed environmental investigation and remediation projects for numerous properties.  His project experience includes developing water sources. He has completed numerous hydrogeologic assessments of properties as required for land use planning and environment impact studies.

Angie Goodwin
Hydrogeologist

Angie Goodwin has expertise in computer modeling, field investigation, quantitative hydrogeology, geochemistry of natural groundwater, and hazardous waste characterization and design.  She has conducted tidal tests, groundwater well installation, groundwater monitoring and sampling, slug tests, pumping tests, and tracer tests.  Angie has provided support for developing water sources.
